Pushpinder has played a pivotal role in building products, policies and processes along with the development of sales and marketing strategy during his previous stints..
Pushpinder has completed his MBA from Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana.
Prakash is our Chief Financial Officer leading the Finance, tax and audit team in budgeting& planning, MIS, finalization of accounts, taxation, cost control and working capital management efforts of the company.
Over last 16 years, Prakash has gained extensive experience in financial space through different roles and responsibilities. In his last assignment as VP- Finance & Accounts at Indifi Technologies Private Limited where he was responsible for Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Accounting, Business Strategy & Decision, Investor Relations, Budgeting & Forecasting etc.
He also worked with National Collateral Management Services Ltd as Head- Finance & Accounts and steered finance functions involving determining financial objective, designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial controls, contribute to strategic business planning, investor relations & fundraising activities. His diverse experience in Religare in Treasury encompasses managing the interface with the Capital Market and Banks, Managing the Overall Liquidity Position, Investments, Borrowing Strategy, Growth Capital, Restructuring of Debt, Cash Management, Dealing with Rating-Agencies, etc.
Pawan has extensive experience in handling Treasury in FMCG, IT/ITES, Aviation and Financial Services industries. Prior to joining Religare, Pawan has worked with Spicejet Limited, NIIT Limited and DS Group and established their hedging desk, handled investments, borrowings and was responsible for overall treasury operations in India and overseas.

He has expertise in Credit & Risk Management, Strategic Planning, setting up new and efficient process, Relationship Management, Business Development and cross functional coordination etc.
Ashish has completed Graduation from Agra University and Post-Graduation in Financial Management from Ahmedabad Management Association.
Pankaj brings with him over 34 years of rich experience in Engineeringand Finance. Prior to Religare, Pankaj has worked in reputed organisations likeLarsen & Toubro Ltd. (L&T) for 8 years, RPG Itochu Finance Ltd.,Citibank N.A. / Citicorp Finance (India) Ltd (CFIL) for about 15years. Pankajhelmed Credit, Risk & Operations as Chief Risk Officer for five years atReligare Finvest Limited.

He has also led business transformations through digital interventions including start-up stages.
Throughout his stellar professional career, Chirag has handled various key leadership assignments been associated with leading companies like Canara HSBC OBC Life, Aviva Life Insurance, ICICI Lombard, Citibank NA & SBI Capital Markets. Prior to joining RFL, he was the Group COO, Magma Fincorp based at Mumbai.

Anand brings with him over 15 years of extensive experience in Compliance function through different roles and responsibilities. He has worked with reputed organizations like Paytm Payment Bank. Airtel Payment Bank Ltd., Religare Finvest Ltd., Lending kart Finance Ltd, Airtel Payment Bank and ICICI Bank Ltd.
He has expertise in handling regulatory compliance (RBI, IRDAI, UIDAI) and regulatory inspections etc. He has managed automation of regulatory compliance, internal vigilance and compliance management.
Anand has completed his CA from The Institute of Chartered Accounts Of India in 2008 and Bachelor in Commerce(Honors) from Vinoba Bhave University in 2002.
