Mr. Karthik brings 30+ years of experience across financial services, consumer and asset financing, and the BPO/ITES industry, with early entrepreneurial experience.
Mr. Karthik joined RFL from HDB Financial Services, where he spent a decade building the Consumer Finance and Asset Finance portfolios across multiple products, viz. Consumer Loans, Two Wheeler and Auto Loans, Commercial Vehicle and Tractor Loans, growing them at significant scale. He also led the company's digital transformation agenda in recent years. Before HDB, he led large global teams as an operating leader at Intelenet Global Services and SERCO, working with major banking and financial services clients across India, UK, US, and beyond. Earlier in his career, he co-founded entrepreneurial ventures in education and technology.
He holds a B.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi and PGDM in Accounting and Finance from IIM Bangalore.
In his role, he is focused towards establishing RFL as a scaled, multi-line NBFC serving the Small and Micro Enterprise segment through a phygital distribution network, responsible credit delivery and the intelligent use of technology including Artificial Intelligence (AI). Focused on building a high-performance culture that can sustain growth across credit and business cycles.
Rupesh brings with him over 25 years of work experience in different organizations like IIFL Finance Ltd., JM Financial Products Ltd., A.K. Capital, HSBC Invest direct Securities Ltd., Rabo India Finance Ltd., BNP Paribas and Axis Bank Ltd., etc. He has deep expertise in Legal, Compliance & Secretarial Operations. He is proficient in drafting legal documents for various legal / litigation matters. He has effectively handled business relationship at all levels from Promoter, Executive Directors, Independent Board Members, external law firms/ consultants etc.
In his last assignment as Head-Legal at IIFL, he was responsible for coordinating for different litigation and non-litigation matter in various court proceedings, arbitration, etc.

Rishi is a seasoned HR Professional with over 18 years of work experience in different organizations like Hero FinCorp, Bharti Retail, Religare & EBEX (Essel Group). He joined Religare Finvest Ltd in August 2019 as Vice President- HR. In his current role as a Head of Human Resources, Rishi is primarily responsible for spearheading the Human Resource Function for the company, covering all the aspects of Human Capital and works closely with the Senior leadership team & board members.
Rishi has strong Leadership & business acumen spanning over all aspects of Human Resources Management which includes driving Organizational Vision, Mission and Culture, Performance Management, People Productivity, talent acquisition, employee engagement, Rewards & Recognition Strategies, Leadership Development & Succession Planning.

Before joining Religare, Punit had previously worked with U.S. & Associates, Escorts Finance group, Liberty Shoes Ltd., Mayur Batra & Co.
Punit is also the visiting faculty to the ICSI and imparts lectures / training sessions for professionals, contributes to the journals / bulletin published by the ICSI.
In his key leadership role as Business Head, Pushpinder work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to steer business & collection strategy and long term vision for the company. He is responsible for preparing comprehensive business plan, design products, and devise “GO TO MARKET” strategy along with the collections responsibilities. He has been part of RFL since November 2014 and has predominantly handled various Integrated Business units managing key functions such as Sales, Operations, Risk and Collections.
Pushpinder has around 28 years of work experience, of which majority has been in retail and commercial finance with reputed organizations like Capital First, Fullerton India, Citi Financial Consumer Finance, Escorts Finance, etc.
Before joining Religare, Pushpinder had a short overseas stint. In his last assignment in India, he was Head - Mortgage business for Capital First. Pushpinder has played a pivotal role in building products, policies and processes along with the development of sales and marketing strategy during his previous stints..
Pushpinder has completed his MBA from Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana.
Prakash is our Chief Financial Officer leading the Finance, tax and audit team in budgeting & planning, MIS, finalization of accounts, taxation, cost control and working capital management efforts of the company.
Over last 16 years, Prakash has gained extensive experience in financial space through different roles and responsibilities. In his last assignment as VP- Finance & Accounts at Indifi Technologies Private Limited where he was responsible for Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Accounting, Business Strategy & Decision, Investor Relations, Budgeting & Forecasting etc.
He also worked with National Collateral Management Services Ltd as Head- Finance & Accounts and steered finance functions involving determining financial objective, designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial controls, contribute to strategic business planning, investor relations & fundraising activities. He also carries in-depth expertise in handling Due Diligences, Cap Ex & Op Ex Management, Audit & Taxation etc.

His diverse experience in Religare in Treasury encompasses managing the interface with the Capital Market and Banks, Managing the Overall Liquidity Position, Investments, Borrowing Strategy, Growth Capital, Restructuring of Debt, Cash Management, Dealing with Rating-Agencies, etc.
Pawan has extensive experience in handling Treasury in FMCG, IT/ITES, Aviation and Financial Services industries. Prior to joining Religare, Pawan has worked with Spicejet Limited, NIIT Limited and DS Group and established their hedging desk, handled investments, borrowings and was responsible for overall treasury operations in India and overseas.
Pawan is a MBA finance from Birla Institute and isa Gold Medallist in B. Com(H) from Aligarh Muslim University. He has also completed Management Development Program from Indian Institute of Management –Ahmadabad (IIM-A).

He has expertise in Credit & Risk Management, Strategic Planning, setting up new and efficient process, Relationship Management, Business Development and cross functional coordination etc.
Ashish has completed Graduation from Agra University and Post-Graduation in Financial Management from Ahmedabad Management Association.
