     • Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by You and between "Bank/s", or

     • Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or

     • Decline of transaction for any other reason/s

• Any refund or cancellation of the transactions done using the Services will be subject to the Cancellation and

Refund Policy of RFL which will be made available to you on demand.

• RFL’s arrangement with Issuing Banks

     • All payment instructions are processed using a payment gateway or appropriate payment system

infrastructure and the same will also be governed by the terms and conditions agreed to between RFL and such

payment gateway and between the payment gateway and the respective Issuing Bank.

CHARGES

• A minimal transaction charge will be applicable for using the Services on the RFL Web Site. RFL reserves the right

to change and apply such additional charges from time to time as it may decide in its sole discretion, in

consideration for the Services provided herein to the User. In case the User does not consent to pay the service

charges then, the User has the option to not use the RFL Web Site for availing the Services.

USER INFORMATION

• You agree that any material, information, and ideas that you transmit to this Web Site shall be and remain the
